The City of Mandurah invites public comment on the following proposal, as endorsed by Council on 16 December 2025:
⦁ In accordance with section 51 of the Land Administration Act 1997, excise an approximate 72m² portion of Reserve 46402 for amalgamation into Reserve 42050; and
⦁ Once the land has been amalgamated, in accordance with section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Mandurah proposes to lease a 545m² portion of Reserve 42050 and Lot 4265 on Deposited Plan 193117 to EMACC Pty Ltd for a term of 25 years, with one option to extend for an additional 25 years less one day for consideration of $65,739 (excl GST) per annum.
The market value of the disposition was assessed at $57,225 (excl GST) per annum on 26 November 2025.
The proposal is to extend a balcony and alfresco area into a currently unutilised portion of the Reserve.
